I was born to a family with two loving parents and 11 children . We were poor in funds but never poor in ambition, hard work and sweat. We were taught to love America and all that she stood for. If we needed a helping hand we looked at our own hands and that of our family. Don't ask the Goverment for what we should provide ourselves. All of our family lived the American dream and prospered . Remember that the American dream is still viable today but socialism is not the answer!

We may clear our conscience of personal responsibility. But can we clear our hearts of the misery we allow to continue? My Pledge is to offer my hand.

My son was unemployeed for 4 months, my son-in-law is being laid off after his computer technology plant is closing. This is the second time in 4 years this has happened.
